Smoothies

I'm a HUGE protein smoothie fan. As someone that can't typically take breaks for snacks, a protein-rich fruit smoothie is the perfect on-the-go nutritious, filling, and balanced breakfast. I felt a separate page for smoothies was appropriate as I consume them 4-5X per week :)

I became hooked when I came across the Green Monster Movement (GM). Did you know you can add fresh spinach to any smoothie without tasting it?



*Tip: Always add a source of healthy fat (tbsp nut butter, flax seed oil, EVOO, etc.) to promote absorption of fat soluble vitamins. Without it, precious nutrients go straight down the toilet!
