Last week I posted these cookies, promising a recipe. Well here is an even better version! Behold,
The best healthy cookie I ever did have..
Dark Chocolate & Oatmeal Raisin Protein Cookies
Ingredients:
2 scoops protein powder (I used vanilla SunWarrior), Can substitute peanut flour
1/2 cup oats
2 T egg whites
2 T unsweetened apple sauce
1 T Greek Yogurt
1 T Greek Yogurt
1T maple syrup
Dark chocolate, ~25g (1 oz) chopped (or choc chips)
Raisins, small hand full
1/2 t cinnamon
1 t flax seeds
1/2 t baking powder
Stevia (equal to two servings)
Pinch sea salt
H20 to moisten
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F
Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray
Cook 8 - 10 mins, or longer for larger cookies
Makes ~10 small cookies
Diced dark chocolate <3
So so good.

ReplyDeleteWow, these were SO good-you ROCK!!!! THank you so much for all your amazing recipes-they've saved me on many occassions ;) I added a bit too much water to these, but they still tasted great (a bit like pancake cookies, but amazing none the less)!
